I read it as they will send you one tool per month plus a flat fee ($$) to promote the videos.

With that, dongcheng needs to first work on the name if they want to be American.

LOL - no kidding. And, I assumed they wanted me to pay the flat fee but I think you might be right. Either way, this would be a hard no.

I don't know, free tool a month plus a stipend to use it - if they would personalize the name for the "partnership" to LongDong Tools it would be hard to say no.
