GLUETREAD Sidewall Tire Repair Kit

I have seen it for sale in quite a few different places and at events. Also heard great things about from a few ppl that have had to use it. Also seen much higher prices than the link above. At $49 I think it's a really good deal.

Couple of different size kits available that I’ve been eyeballing. $49 to $249 were the options last time I was shopping.
 
Iv heard of this kit before and read into reviews on Amazon with quite a bit of mixed reviews. At the time more negative reviews than positive. I opted not to get it for that reason and the price. Thinking now maybe those reviewers didn’t follow instructions.🤷‍♂️ I may get me a kit for the Jeep though in the future just in case the event of more than one blown sidewall.

I've seen these packs but never got to see one put to use. Being that this was done on a Red, will he replace that tire or keep using it?

I went ahead and bought one using their link. My only concern now, seeing that it works, is if the glue in this kit will harden up in our heat before I need to use it. Granted, it will be sitting in my garage except on trail runs, but it gets pretty hot in there and my other glues don’t last very long. I’d hate it if this was something you have to purchase every year.

I wondered about that as well, figure I'll toss it in the road bag I keep in the house of items I no longer leave in the Jeep because of the heat but take on trips.
