I did not watch the video, but I am pretty sure that the start-stop feature is more about pollution due to idling than it is about fuel economy.

Ok, with more effort I was able to watch part of the video in Firefox without logging in. After maybe 5 or 7 seconds it popped up a window and said there was more to see, and I should log in to my non-existent account if I wanted to see more.
