That's a great looking Jeep!! Quick question, do you happen to know what your overall height is? I am thinking of going with a similar set up (soft top, 3.5", 37" Coopers) but am worried about the height of my garage. Thanks!!

To be honest, I have no idea what it’s overall height is, but it fits in the garage with room to spare.

My Jeep with 40s and a 4.5” lift running a hard top measures 6’-7”. You should be good.

Unless you have a a really old or custom size garage door, it sounds like you should be able to adjust you opener and springs to pull the door up a bit higher. Most 7’ garage doors yield about 6’-8” to 6’-10” depending on how the garage door opener is set up. Just a thought

Since everything around hear in South Jersey is either cancelled or postponed, it has freed up some weekend time for me. I decided to mount some side marker lights in my bumper to replace the ones I lost in the fender cutting. I think it turned out pretty good.

The build continues of course... Recent upgrades are the PSC Big Bore steering box and I also installed a Dynomax Crawler exhaust. The steering is going to take some time getting use to. Feels like I’m steering a Cadillac...Odd??
Next upgrade will probably be beadlock rings for the Dirty Life wheels.

It’s a bit softer than stock. I’d that what you are referring too? If you are feeling excess play in the steering, you might have some air left on the system

Yes, the much softer feel. Like turning out of the driveway with one finger. Just not used to it yet.
