Denver, CO Mile High Meetup Thread

Twelve hour day, eight to nine of those spent meandering through very tight trees, most of which had scars from contact with various vehicles. Really awesome how tight and twisted these trails are. Throw in a lot of rock obstacles and it is a day not soon forgotten. Intense because you could not let your guard down or you would sustain some kind of damage.
Red Elephant Hill and Mill Creek. We tried to end it with Bill Moore Lake, but it is still closed due to snow. Great day, grateful for those who showed.

Today I feel like the best comparison for yesterday would be a long night of drinking. You get up in the morning and start going over all the things you need to fix after the day prior and clean up the mess.

Gizmo and I are still recovering. Still haven't been under the Jeep. Liz said I need to lift it. She is sick of all the scraping. I'm not a tree hugger I'm a tree rubber.

How's the JL working out for you? Still wish you'd kept your JK? Either way, thanks for yankin' that ninja rock out of the way last year.

So someone mentioned doing a run on the 11th of July. Who is not broken/in for the run?

That wouldn't be me! Got new gear set installed last week and have logged 450 miles. Ready! Josh wants to run Red Cone on the eleventh. Sounds like you are in.

Red cone on the 11th was the discussion we had. Let me call my brother and confirm since the 11th is his birthday. I don't want to get a bunch of people committed and then bail out because he wants to do something else.

Asking if I am in for wheeling is a silly question. I would go wheeling right now if I could.....

:hmm::hmm:

I'll be back, I'm going wheeling.:thumb:

Maybe other Doug can pry himself away from the Gladiator mall crawling meets too.;)
