Watcha cookin'?

Haven't been able to find flour for 2 weeks. Finally, some light at the end of the tunnel. Tonight's was crazy crispy, using two pizza stones, one on the bottom and one up above.

Lol. We preheat two pizza stones at the same time. One on the bottom rack that the pizza cooks on, and then one on an upper rack about 8 in above the pizza, so that the heat radiates down. I guess it sort of turns our electric oven into a clay oven. This is only the second time we've done it this way, but so far it's been working really well for us.

Just threw a fatty on the egg. Will be a good brunch on a rainy Saturday. Hopefully it will motivate me work on the jeep.

Some pork chops on the egg. Fucker gets hot quick. 600 degrees doesn’t take long to cook the pig.
