The key word is assembled, you were right, they are built in India, more or less, disassembled, crated and reassembled here in Michigan.

I had actually heard something like this when I went to FL 2 years ago. It seems its the cool thing to mount speakers in the engine compartment and blast them. The set I heard sounded like absolute shit. The person I was with explained that it was gaining popularity among high school kids.

It was past before I could get a picture, but the front is worse than the rear

Full size brush guard, dual stacks through the bed, looks like 8". Full size tow mirrors, and more. It was hideous

Lowered WJ anyone? That's just depressing. It makes it even better than I noticed on the front passenger side wheel it was short one or two lug nuts. So is the owner in my opinion.
