Wines of the Week

Very nice! Opened an '08 Silver Oak Thanksgiving. It was decanted, had to sit for about three hours before it was ready. First sip, quite frankly, was awful. Something amazing happened over three hours.

Yes this one needed to sit a bit longer but I couldn't wait! Still a great wine.

That's awesome! There could be other decor uses for that too. Sweet idea.
