Why Don't EV's Have a Winch?

Have you ever wondered why off road EV's like a Rivian never have winches on them?

I was having a conversation with a company that makes a really old school solution to winching without a winch and they were telling me how all these EV off roaders were interested in it LOL. Funniest part is, the alternative to electric is a hydraulic winch like what Milemarker used to and still makes but then, EV's don't have any hydraulics
