Outer Banks, NC for a clean up with the local Jeep club.

Husb drives it more than I do because I take the beetle most days due to errands.

I managed to swipe it from him today for a bit of "mall" crawling and grocery getting.

Turpentine Camp Ground, Onley State Forest, Australia

Just had a couple of nights away with the family to Turpentine Camp Ground, which is in the Onley State Forest. Did a bit of a day drive, and found some interesting tracks to test my new suspension out, and even had to use the winch to help my mates 4by up one section.

Ventured out to the Tread Lightly trail in Ocala National Forest off of SR 40, well exited there anyway.

Before I hit the trails I came across this guy walking down the rode, I couldn't get close enough with the 55mm lens (forgot the 200mm) for a good pic before he ran off :sigh:.


Then as as the case lately another Golden Orb Weaver, this one was as big as my hand.


Stumbled upon the Tread lightly trail so figure why not.


Apparently the trail gnomes setup a roadblock

Went to the OHV park ten minutes from the house.

Explored a ghost town.

Visited the Parowan petroglyphs.

Today my jeep went to drop off my youngest daughter so tomorrow she can head to Lackland AFB to be and Airman for the U.S.A.F View attachment 45062

Then climbed mount little bear to 14037ft in winter conditions. The jeep made it possible
