Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

Today, my wife and I took Bunny to the off road ranch in Seymour, Missouri, which is known as SMOOR. We took a couple mild rated trails and then we traveled a trail known as "Pee Wee Crossing" , which earned us a Badge of Honor. This is the first time we have had this Jeep off-road and gladly, we didn't scratch any paint, dent/damage any body parts, or break any drivetrain, so it was a great day. We did get a little muddy and sadly, I don't have any trail photos that are readily available.

My wife and I left Friday afternoon and took Bunny to Sterett Creek Marina, which is just a crumb north of Warsaw, Mo. While I was setting up camp, this little white 392 strolled by. I had never saw one up close, so I spoke with the owners and they revved the engine a little for me and then pushed a button inside, which opened the exhaust and revved the engine some more. So this goes without saying, I want one. When Bunny quits dollaring me to death every month, I will own a 392.

First trip more than 10 miles from home in 2 years with the Jeep. I spent 6 days camping at Monache Meadow, met up with some old friends I haven't seen in a while. It was cold, with rain & a little snow. Fortunately my friends travel well equipped! Opening day was September 30th and I got lucky and bagged a forky within 2 hours. Only had to pay it out a couple miles.
