Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

Today we took the scenic route home. Jumped off the road at North Virginia street and headed over Peavine to Boca Res.:

As we passed Boca to get back to 80, I couldn't resist driving down into the lake basin. Trying to get back to the road, I decided to cross a little stream:

Thankfully, a young couple in a Dodge 1500 stopped and tried to pull us out. He couldn't get it, so he called a friend with a newer Power Wagon. the PW ended up getting stuck trying to go around the stream we were stuck in. A F250 happened by and gave a few tugs, but no luck. Finally my brother showed up in his Dodge 2500. The PW that was stuck was freed by then. The two 2500's pulled in tandem and finally got me out :clap2:

Did a little bit of mud, slush, snow and ice to go along with the rocks while driving some "non-maintained" logging roads up in Vermont. The other part that made it interesting was that it rained the past two days up here and it was in the 40's all day. So I didn't have the ability to stop and get any good action pics. Here are two pics for scenery purposes.

Quick run with my Mom and Dad out to Nelson, NV Christmas Eve. My Mom almost walked home after some off camber on the top of a blind ridge crest.
