Saline Salt tram is the only place I know of where you can see the floor of Death Valley (Saline) and the peak of Mt. Whitney standing in one spot and turning around.

Keeping to my theme of anyone with a pulse and 4 wheel drive, we took along a Dodge Cummins, mega cab, long bed battleship. It's about 70 yards long and has about 1000 acres of exposed rocker panels. Guy who drives it has some experience and did well as rough as the trail has gotten. Rocker panels survived, a headlight, mirror, and front fender didn't fare as well.

6 hours on the tail and temps of 66 degrees at the top made it a good day trip.

Sorry, that's the best picture I got. This area is one of my frequent haunts so I don't take many pics anymore. Brent wasn't there and there was a ton of looky loos parking like idiots so I stayed with the vehicles to make sure nobody blocked us in.

To the local OHV park to camp with the kids. Now that my wife is within two weeks of popping out our 3rd kid I can’t be out of cell service. I did however manage to get myself high-centered….twice.

Spent a couple days at SMORR in Missouri.

Just enough rain to make everything slick. A bit of winching, crunched fenders and a bit of feneral mayhem.

Yesterday, we drove Mormon Well Road, Nevada for the first time. It’s a very easy trail, doable in 2wd. But I wanted to turn off the ESC so I put the Jeep in 4hi.

Beautiful scenery and the eco system kept transitioning from one to another

Today, it was Tocquerville Falls, Utah. This trail was a little tougher and 4lo necessary. I did manage to get myself into a spot that I need both lockers to get out. The little known back trail out of the falls is one of the better trails in Utah, for scenery and fun!

All in all, a very good weekend. But I can’t wait to get home to my wife!

First, we went up to Dagget Flats with some folks from St. George Jeepers

This area reminded me of the sandstone formations in Southern California

The trail was easy, the views spectacular and the people made the trip fun and enjoyable.

Afterward, my wife and I and a couple we're friends with made our way to Toquerville Falls

My wife and our friends had never been there before. The trail is a little tougher than the trail up to Dagget Flats, but my friend's stock 4Runner was up to the task
