Since we spend the month of July up in Lake Tahoe, I though I would start a thread to highlight our daily adventures while we are here. :thumb:

To start it off, here is a pic of RubiCAT all packed up and ready to head out...

These threads always put a smile on face. Looking forward to the day we explore those very trails. Did you guys camp the entire time or come off the mountain. Starting to think about what and where to go for labor day.

The only time we have camped is on the Rubicon Run. Everything else we have done have been day trips from South Lake Tahoe. :yup:

One of the first places we like to head out to when we are up in Tahoe is the Lost Lakes. It's a beautiful little trail that offers some spectacular views! :thumb:

great pictures, i'm heading up there next weekend. did you guys take forstdale rd in? i'll be driving in at night, any rough spots I should be on the look out for?
 
Another trail that we always like to visit is the Twin Peaks trail. It is super close to town and has a couple of fun rock gardens that can be challenging. :yup:

Goodness :crazyeyes: Those are just gorgeous photos of some incredible terrain. The part of the globe that I'm currently frying in.....well it was 128* today. It's a dry heat.....
