This ham was incredible! Best ham I think I have ever had. It was so juicy and had great flavor from a Burbon glaze we made.

Thanks. I might try this with some coconut sugar for a paleo-ish friendly approach.

We were going off a recipe we found online which had orange peel, maple syrup and mustard. We decided after making two batches to ditch the mustard, orange zest and maple syrup because it made a weird bitter taste. It was great after we modified it.
 
Thanksgiving. One smoked one deep fried. Parmesan Rosemary sweet potato stackers, and all the fixings. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
