Fired up the smoker for the first time in far too long. 6 hours later, 3 racks of spare ribs, and 1 rack of dyno bones

Nice looking bones! :yup:

Mushrooms and onions sautéed with garlic, grassfed butter and EVOO. Grass fed/finished New York steaks grilled on the BBQ. Brussels sprouts, bacon and pecans.



Delicious.
