Nothing fancy or special.

Wife picked up a few packs of boneless pork country style ribs. Threw together an ad hoc sweet rib rub and smoking them right now.
Internal temp is at 160 so have a while to go yet.

Duck confit, garlic pork sausage, duck armagnac sausage & slab bacon…veal demiglace whisked into stock & tomato paste
