Honestly, I couldn't tell you. My father-in-law picked some up from the local family butcher shop. My co-worker said the same thing

This is a good one I do with my cousins across the US. Tonight we're making Linguine Pesto with grilled squash and oil and garlic flat bread. We be Italian

When we were at the Smokey Mountain Jeep invasion last weekend we visited the Lodge outlet in Pigeon Forge in order to buy some some cast iron skillets for use as breakfast skillets. We make these outside on the grill.

Ingredients were local bacon and sausage. Eggs from my co-workers farm and some potatoes and green onions. I also added cheese that I previously smoked.

It really turned out very well. The potatoes were crispy and everything was delicious.
