The way I made this one was probably my favorite. I’ve had similar ones before but this was the best to me. Worcestershire and fresh garlic. Let it marinade for three days.

However you like your steak cooked. I do 125. If you like it a little more medium or well just increase the temp. And yes, just seat and serve. If you don’t have a grill I would recommend a hot cast iron pan.
