Mine had every other kind of flour BUT Almond Flour. I may have to give the Quinoa Flour a try.

Tackerdown, the trick is to not overcook the meat and cut against the grain. Yup!

Thanks for the tip.we never made it before and everyone always said how good and tender it was. needless to say we were very puzzled by that. maybe we will try again.
