Watcha cookin'?

Got me a big ol batch of Hatch Chilies! I'll be roasting up 6lbs of them tomorrow, and making some green chili!:thumb:

So I started with some Oak wood and got busy! It's going on 110° today! So pretty brutal by the BBQ, but with the help of an ICE COLD CORONA I think I will survive!:icon_crazy::beer:

Cleaning out fridge while family is out of town. Chicken wings, Brussels sprouts and wine.

Also made a big batch of marinara sauce with fresh tomatoes from the garden.

The aforementioned marinara combined with some ground bison, served over a grilled homegrown squash and combined with a nice Cabernet.
