Was wondering how strong the xd60 is compared to the pr80?

No comparison. The PR80 is bigger all the way around and has a bigger ring gear that is a low pinion for ultimate strength. The XD60 is bigger and stronger than any other 60 out there including the current ProRock 60 and it does have the "clearance" benefits of being a high pinion design but the ring gear is still smaller than the ProRock 80 and you will still be running on the coast side which is weaker.

That is good to know when that day comes. Also curious if Dynatrac is working on a Prorock XD80? With the benefits of the XD60.

Just to back Eddie up, had a long conversation at the Dynatrac booth with one of the guys there and if you're thinking 80 is for you, no comparison. The XD60 is the beefiest in that class hands down. Think 2500/3500 truck versus 4500/5500 truck.
