Because I'm board I figured it's about time I started a build thread so here are some photos of my progress

Bone stock April 13 2016
First trip out stock and with new front bumper
Cut fenders
Lift, rims, tiers
Home made sliders welded to stock rock rails
First trip to the rubicon
New rear bumper

I ran across a jeep that was being parted out and got my current sliders off that for free ... although the ones I made did take hits really well and saved the body more then once, they did dent the tub a little right in front of the back wheel because there so tight to the body

Do you have and rust drip issues with it on your hood? Had a buddy that mounted his hi lift there and every time it rained it would drip rust on the hood and ended up staining the paint.

It's been there for about a year now haven't had any issues but when I wash it I also use a quick shine wax so that might be helping

I like the look of them mounted there but didnt want any problems with the paint. may give it a shot and try the wax idea
