Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a clean shot, but the cool thing is that it was being transported on a flatbed futureliner. It looked like this.

According to a book I read recently, the tow bar on that Jeep was so it could be towed by another Jeep. The two Jeeps pulling in tandem could then be used in lieu of a Deuce and a half to tow a heavy artillery piece.

Yup, should be that easy. How would the lca mounts fix this issue?

I saw in another thread he started that he bashed one of his LCA brackets and mangled it pretty bad, to the point that it will need to be cut off and a new mount welded on.

JReid, I don't know if you already tried to do an alignment, but it's worth a shot. It should at least make things better until you get the new mount welded on. Eddie did a good DIY writeup here:

And either way, I hope you have your Jeep fixed up and tracking well again soon.

Thanks man. Everything was lined up before the break. My axle is sitting crooked and you can visibly see it in tire stance, bowed spring, angled sway link etc etc. I didn't want to adjust drag link just to have to do it again once my axle is re-positioned. My driver side tire now makes contact with frame on left turns. Part should be here very soon and all will be good. I actually went back on same trail and did it all over again with my jeep the way it is now. Only diff was now the control arm bolt is almost ripped thru what is left of the mount lol

Guess they got too close to the fire or was cremated.. :)
