We are looking for something in UT and have successfully converted some savings to properties already. Just make sure you have a means on the property to cover the taxes like leasing it or providing storage space, ag credits, etc.

Crypto... I'm once burned and forever timid on it. There are so many, and now with the governments trying to do their own, we will discover new levels of tracking. Silver isn't too high and may not be a bad thing to have.

As you can see, I put your original quote up and changed the color on the part that goes against what your second quote says.

Anyone that thinks the "values" of either party is worth fighting for, has blinders on. Both parties are extremely corrupt and have no values.
Neither party has a platform, let alone a plank anymore.

Neither party pushes what they want or can do for the Country, they push the ideas they think the Country should be to make THEIR life easier.

I really thought Trump, being from the business sector and not a politician, would get something done. But he was too narcissistic to get out of his own way.

People that are "Party Bound" by ancient ideals are the biggest problem. Take the Rose Colored glasses off and see what both parties are about, nothing but furthering their personal wealth and power.

Neither of today's parties hold ANY of the values they had just a couple of decades ago.

Conservatism is not a party. It is a belief in limited government, which, at one point in time used to be what libertarians believed in.

I find it interesting that Tucker got his first show on a major news network working for CNN...in 2001, he was co-host of "Crossfire"; the show was cancelled in 2005. His next employer was MSNBC, which he hosted his show "Tucker"...it was cancelled in 2008 for low ratings.

CNN just fired Don Lemon...most likely for derogatory remarks toward women both on the air and off...I was never a fan of his. Ditto for Chris Cuomo, who was fired for using his platform in helping to soften the image of his brother during his removal as Governor of NY. CNN was smart in firing the former CEO and chairman and hiring a new one last year...one of his first priorities was trying to steer CNN off the extreme left viewpoint and removed several people from the air...but they still are quite left of center.

Why were these guys such total liars in their private texts? They should have been fired long ago! I hear that Rachel Maddow is getting bored at MSNBC and may be interested in moving Fox toward the right.
