I won a pair of shot glasses. Meaning I paid $0. When I received them one was broken. The box appeared totally normal and things seemed to be packed well. I reached out to you just to let you know what happened so maybe this could be prevented on future shipments. Unbeknownst to me you sent me another. I wasn't expecting that at all.
