Passenger side Warn Elite series bumper bracket

So I'm in need of the Passenger side Warn Elite series rear bumper bracket. If anyone has it and doesn't need it or have a lead on where I can get one, I would greatly appreciate it! Warn says they do not sell it individually. So I'm out of luck.

LOL, yeah... Thought I'd give it a shot before just posting the tire carrier for sale. The bumper comes with the bracket that holds the tire carrier. But they won't sell the bracket individually.
