otrattw switch mount to driver side?

Hey Guys,
I am about to order otrattw switch for my CB and I have a place in mind to mount it, as per the below pic





otrattw guy told me that I need about 2" depth space behind that spot, I thought maybe one of you did this already, if not I will remove speaker cover check the measurement my self.

In that exact spit...at least in a 2010...there is plenty of room. Remove side cover to see. Just snaps right off. Here is pic of passenger side

U got it. Just take a flat head to remove that panel...lots of room there on driver side. Gonna put a few switches there myself

Use 90deg connectors and the wiring will fit better



I just used a very sharp utility knife to cut the plastic
