Hello everyone, we are the Alvarez-Vela family and we are from South Texas. We became a Jeep family when we purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU Sport for my daughter. Everything on the Jeep is what my daughter wanted on it. The Jeep was my daughters baby and loved to go the beach and mud with it. When we purchased the Jeep for our daughter she was fighting leukemia for about 4 years. She was able to enjoy the Jeep for little bit on her own but in 2022 leukemia took her from us. We now took over the Jeep and we are continuing to modify it to what we think she would like and modifying it for overland trips in her honor. The past year has been tough for us without our daughter but we are gradually modifying the Jeep to get it ready for our first overland trip. We are working on building it out like we seen others done on you tube. Thanks for accepting us into your forum.
