It goes by activity not by post count. Keep posting and being active and you’ll get access. You’ve had two posts in the last month which probably isn’t helping. But nonsense posting won’t do it.
This ^^^ Participating on the forum with legitimate posts will cause the forum software to change your status so that you can post up in the for sale forum. This happens automatically.
I see you already have posts and would guess it wouldn't take too much more to get the software to change your status.
