okay, how big of a tire are you hoping to run? do you have a budget you need to stick to?

Ya I got a budget to stick to I would like to run 35 or 37 inch tiers

I think he's asking what your budget is so he can tailor his advice accordingly. Likewise the recommendation may differ based on tire size.

About 1500 to 2000 dollars is my budget

If that's including new wheels and tires, that's pretty much your whole budget right there. if you plan on running wheel spacers, you can probably do 35's with a 2.5" budget boost and that's real easy to install. See following write-up for details on what all you will need to get and do.
