They’re called “donks” and that one is pretty tame compared to the ones I’ve seen. Nothing like a 12” lift kit to fit your 30” wheels and a strip of rubber. Oh, and they sometimes get painted or wrapped to look like their owners favorite cereal, or snack, or clothing line.
