It looks to me like it’s just apiece set in front of the Jeep so no one parks right against his front end. Probably for New York City parking. It’s not attached at all from what I see

I had to go back and see what you were talking about. Actually looking closely I think it's photoshopped. Looks closely at the angle of the light on the hood and the cow catcher. They're different. Also look at the ground is had a "green screen" appearance.
