Well, are the axles under it yet??

No😭😭😭

I'm back to working crazy hours for a bit. Work is now getting in the way of my Jeep habit😭
I did some last night, will do some more tonight when I get home.

By tonight, the front should be done, or nearly so. I need to put the brakes on the left, run the breather hose, and the air line to the ARB.

Then I can pull it out and turn it around to work on the rear. Have to be able to get my forks under there.

I need to get the front driveshaft shortened, and suspect the rear will be the same, since the pinion on the 60 is longer.

I know the feeling! Having the COs sitting in my garage and no time to put the on.

Did some more tonight. Brakes, wiring, etc.

Now I'm working on a location for the ARB compressor.

Right now the leading candidate is right in the center of the tire mount.

Cool spot for that. Will the elbow clear getting the line out to the manifold?

I think it will, though I don't have the line or the manifold yet. I guess I forgot to order those.

I'm pretty sure once I build a couple of brackets, it will come together nicely. The manifold and solenoids can tuck under there somewhere as well.

I'm not going to work on that until I get the rear axle in. I have the old one nearly out, then hope to find some help to line up the new one.

The front is in and I drove it a bit. Steering is great once I centered the wheel.

Are you still in the Hemet area? I could help out if needed. Just let me know.

Out with the old.

That's the easy part. Now to start back together.

Progress!!

Did you grind down the front steer stops?

Not yet. Going to get it driving first, then tidy up the details.

I also want to go out once or twice without the hydro, just to compare the difference the big bore box makes by itself.

I'm hoping to get the rear hung tonight so I can get the driveshafts sent out once I know how much the rear needs shortened.

Agreed. The big bore will definitely make a difference, but nothing like the hydro.

Big thanks to Seahawkfan for coming by and helping to stab the rear axle.

It is in, driveshaft is out, about 2-1/2" too long. Now they both can go to the driveline shop for a re tube.

I went in with the 4+1 springs Ddays sent, to see how they do, and what I need to do in front to match up.
