Interesting noise

A few days ago my jeep started making a weird noise. Every time I accelerate, it makes this noise as if it needs to clear something out of it’s throat. (I know it’s a weird way to describe it but it’s the only way I can think of). When idling, it makes a similar noise just not to the same degree. Could this be a possible misfire?

Doesn't sound good. I would pull the belt and check all of the pullies for play or binding. Also, while the belt is off, start the engine again to see if the noise is still there.
