Just picked up a JL Rubicon.

Never even rode in a Jeep before, but we wanted something to tow behind our Cabover camper. Something to drive around when we got to our destination. Have done many wheeling trips in our Raptor all over the southwest and driven all the way up to Prudoe Bay 300 miles north of the Arctic circle. We took it places people said it could not go and did it with ease. Obviously it has its limitations.

My Cousins have wheeled for quite a while and have done the Rubicon numerous times. Needless to say I got the upgrade bug and many parts are on UPS trucks as I write this. The Rubicon is on my list either this year or next year for sure.

Love the info and videos here ... learning a lot.

Will probably see some of you out on the trails soon!

Welcome from Arizona! When the Jeep bug bites, the poison stays in your blood pretty much forever. Of course, no one really cares about finding a cure. :D
Congrats on an awesome first Jeep. :thumb:

Another welcome from SoCal

Lots of good info here as you upgrade. Learn from it and "buy once, cry once"

Get the right parts the first time and you won't have to spend all your time and effort replacing crap that didn't work.
