Hello from Chicago suburbs!

Hey guys I'm new to the jeep world as this is my first. "Dad wouldn't let me have one!" So I got a Camaro and a motercycle instead. That's safer, yeah right! I lost my license 3 times before my 18th birthday. Anyway I am 23 years older than the days he could tell me what to do. Now I have a wife that tries to tell me what to do... Unsuccessfully!

I wanted to throw out a general thanks to all of you that contributed to my selection of mods. Even before I was a member I was pilfering info from your site. Now that I'm a member I hope I can return the favor to you by not commenting on crap I know nothing about. Leave it to you Jeep lifers to add commentary. But if I can help I will.

Thanks again!

I bought a 2012 JKU. Knowing what I know now I would have bought the Rubicon.

I have been working hard to not spent too much on mods. Lets see....

3.5" BDS lift
Wrangler 35" MTR's
Body Armor rear bumper w/ tire swing & hi lift mount
Body Armor front bumper
Rubicon Rails
ACE Engineering Rock rails
Smittybuilt fender flares
Trektop NX
4 KC Lights
Quadratec 9500 synthetic winch

I failed at not spending a lot!
I still want to work on the under carriage armor and to get a Dana 44 front axel.
But for now it's time to enjoy it all season until winter when I tear it apart again.

Thanks for the warm welcome and looking forward to meeting some of you.
