It really depends, but would likely be pretty muddy in a lot of areas. April tends to bring a bit rain and snow even. Some trails are seasonal however. The falls in the picture I posted are reachable between Dec. 1st and March 31, but that whole area is amazing, and can access the majority of it year round.
