I used some gas and petroleum rated Teflon tape on my Poison Spyder Bombshells. I think if I remember correctly their instructions recommended it. To be honest, I don’t think it makes a bit of difference. When I pull the plugs, there’s nothing really there anyway.

I have had some plugs seep before and then dirt sticks to it over time. I've gotten in the habit of using teflon tape.

The Yellow tape or even paste works well.

I need to do this. The fill plug on my stock rear cover seeps and attracts dirt. Always looks like hell...haha
