Cut Fender Thread

I did mine in a hurry after work today. Less than 2 hours. I left more fender on there then I will end up with. I'm going to trim back the front more to be almost level and taper the bottom instead of the radius. It's always easier to cut plastic rather than put it back on!

I was going to cut down the rear liners and put them back in, but I think I'll try some spray on bedliner first to see how that looks.

That looks really good! Thinking when I cut mine I am going to use about the same lines and leave 3/4 to 1" on the sides to install the 3/4" marker lights.

Thanks! I installed my marker lights inside the fenders and like that. Pics in my build thread.
Have y'all noticed a lot of flapping at highway speeds with them cut? I drive about 60 miles round trip to work with about 50 of that highway miles.

No, there's a little movement but not much at all and I can't say it wasn't doing that before I cut them.

I will be trimming my flares hopefully next month. I am glad to see this thread is quite long filled with all kinds of different way to do this. Thanks everybody.
I have two sets of flares, painted and black. I want to cut one and save one set for winter to have more tire coverage. I am debating on which set to cut [emoji848]

Finished up my fender trim this morning. Came out decent. Guess I'll wait and see how the edge trim holds up in the Arizona heat.

Looks good! So far the trim has held up on mine down here in SE AZ. I put mine on last August.
