Off the wall question for the group, but a little background first. I have a 2016 JK that is undergoing slow change. I’ve had slight bump steer issues on rough roads, but it was very slight. I recently replaced the factory rear plastic bumper with a much heavier steel unit. I am shocked that the apparent bump steer is completely gone. Am I imagining this or could a heavier rear bumper change the geometry of the front end as it contacts the road enough to influence this?
