Decided it was about that time to start keeping track of my build on here...a little background story, got my first Jeep when i was 16 (1984 Cj7) had that for 2 years built it as much as i could. Back in August of 2014 I decided that i was going to need a more reliable and dependable car for college and work. Put it up for sale and sold it in less than a week. That same weekend was labor day and i came across a pretty good deal at the Jeep dealership in Huntington Beach. 2009 X, Bone stock, stone white, 2 door, JK. Man was i excited. Went down there and picked her up!

Heres the CJ

And the JK

First I picked up some temporary 33" tires, 17" wheels, and some Amazon LED Pods
IMG_7497.jpg
Also added the A Pillar switch panel

Ran that set-up until the new year, then sent it off to ORE so they could regear to 5.13 and add C Gussets.

Picked it up the following day and added the 2.5 Rough Country Spacer Kit that my girlfriend got me for christmas!

Cut the fenders and Took it to 4WheelParts Riverside to pick up some 37" BFG A/T's.

Heres how she sits, also added the EVO hood decals!!

Found an old bikini top in my garage from the Cj7, figured it wouldn't hurt to make a few holes and attempt to make it fit. Worked out pretty nicely actually!
IMG_7762.jpg
Girlfriend also got me a Cobra CB and mount, put that up but still haven't wired it...
IMG_7496.jpg
Okay now this past week i picked up an ENGO 10K winch from a forum member and also stopped by EVO to pick up a 1/4 Steel Bumper:rock:

The Engo Winch solenoid did not fit on top. I might be wiring it under the hood or making a extension bracket. The solenoid wires are against the grill and there would be no way to use that bracket to make it work.
Also painted the wheel wells yesterday

Sorry for all the side ways pictures, i always forgot to rotate them. I will hopefully get to do a little work on her tomorrow after work, got a few things in the mail the other day!

Very nice! I also blacked out the wheel wells on my white Jeep. Looks so much better. I'll start to look for your Jeep in HB if you are still in the area.:thumb:

I'm actually in Corona but I do make it down there every so often, I will definitely look out for your Jeep and give you a wave!

So I don't want to run the winch solenoid under the hood yet so decide to make a whole in the middle of the bracket which added about two more inches of clearance so hopefully if clears the grill now. Will be testing it out this weekend.

I will also be adding another bracket so the solenoid box has a little more support. I will be getting the screws tomorrow for it from work, hopefully that does the trick.
Also added the PSC antenna mount and a 6' Firestick with the spring and connector. Picked up the wire from RadioShack today so hopefully after work and if I finish my homework I will be able to wire it up tomorrow!

Put on the winch solenoid and cable. Man is it a PIA when there's no trees around.

Didn't get a chance to do too much of the crazy cool rock trails, I'm still learning but I'm getting there!

Picked up these rubi rails off a 4 door and cut them to size

Washed her up, put some mothers back to black on the fenders, and put the top down. Mothers back to black works great!!

Noticed a small chip when I took it out of the box it wasn't too bad so I tried filling it in with sharpie lol, and I was expecting it to say "Jeep" like the picture does.

Overall disappointed in the product, but that's what I get for trying to save $10.

Added some LED Pods that I got off amazon for $40. They are actually pretty darn bright. Mounted them to the windshield with the EVO MFG mounts.

Hopefully I can pick up a 37" spare this week and mount it.

Got the sore mounted at my local America's/Discount tire. Just need to paint the wheel. I will be adding the 4gal Rotopax behind the tire carrier soon, somehow.
