So it's been a busy week. Finally got some good weather to install my skins and swap out the stock speakers.

Here's is some prep work for the skins. I sprayed a couple of thin coats of plasti-dip on the insides of the skins to hopefully help with moisture and act as a gasket so to speak.

Big thanks to Jerry aka (ddays) who was nice enough to offer his Astro tool and ship it to me. I think if it wasn't for him I'd still be installing them. In addition to the plasti-dip prep, I also bought stainless steel nutserts and coated them with silicone before inserting into the body. I figured being on the east coast it couldn't hurt.

After 2 fun days of installing the skins I still had some energy to swap out the stock speakers with these 6.75 kickers from Quadratec. I also used some poly-fil in the sound bar and speaker boxes up front. The difference even with the stock head unit is amazing.

Now time to prep my evo sliders and hopefully have them welded on next week.

Fortunately there was no damage to the stinger. Hopefully I the 1/4 pounder shows up in better condition.
