Brown/orange dots in paint

Hi, since a few days ago I noticed that I have some brown/orange spots on the back fenders.

I have tried to remove them by washing, waxing and using Tar remover, but it hasn't worked.

I thought it might be rail head dust but I'm not sure.

What do you guys think it is and how could I remove them?

Thank you.

Those are good options and I will add Iron Deposit Remover as a possibility too. It's just a soap type product that dissolves iron deposits and turns purple if it detects iron particles, Chemical guys, Adam's, and other car wash companies sell.
Yes CalSgt thanks, I think I will try Iron-X

I cleaned my JT a few months ago and had something similar. It was obvious I had driven through something as it was mostly on the left side. Hundreds of those spots. My wash mitt has a rubbery side and it worked but took forever. After that, when I clayed it and still found more. But the clay took care of it but still took awhile.

My 2020 Gladiator was white and had those spots on the bedsides and doors. My Chemical Guys clay bar took care of it but they came back.
