I'm gonna use my jeep for hunting mostly. And to do some trails. Tires I wanna do would be 35s. Price range would be about 500 to 1200.

Yes I plan to do the install my self. I'd really like to do a 4in if possible

Going to cost more money. I did catch the 35" tire part. How about fenders? Full factory or flats? This actually makes a big difference.

x2. Flat fenders on a 4" lift will give you alot more than i can see you needing though...Although nice you'd be better off saving the $$ and just cutting the stock fenders as so many of us have
