Battery whoops!

Hi, while trying to figure out an issue with my batteries my young son placed the battery charger on the main battery, the wrong way. I noticed it after about 3 minutes. I had a 40 watt fused jumper between N1 and N2, that blew along with one of the fuses on the fuse array. So long story short, I have replaced both batteries and the fused array. I planned on replacing the batteries this weekend anyway and taking out the jumper. So now everything works correctly except my radio, it turns on but no sound, not for the radio or phone. I have tried both hard and soft UConnect reboots. Yes I have checked the HIFI amp fuse and it's fine. It was a nice little teaching moment for my son.

The battery must have been close to an open circuit given that the current capability of the battery should overwhelm most chargers. The charger should be trashed and replaced with one which detects when it is connected backwards.
