Baofeng radio question

I picked up a BF-F8HP to use for the race radio channels that Eddie likes to use on group runs. Quick question, is the Baofeng programming cable adequate for running the CHIRP programming software or does CHIRP require a special cable?

It’s the same cable but I believe you have to download/install the driver for it.
