Thursday and Friday didnt play out like we hoped, the puece of tubing we need to finish my 4 link mount still hasn't shown up. We didn't let that totally stop us. Still got all the stock mounts and brackets cut of with a plasma cutter. Those are cool it was my first experience with one. Got clean up to do on frame to get the rest of brackets off , but that plasma sure saved some serious time. 20210402_102130.jpg 20210402_112036.jpg 20210402_114736.jpg 20210402_122137.jpg 20210402_145438.jpg 20210402_145446.jpg

Now all you have is to grind, and grind, then grind, and after that grind the old welds off

Matt seen a guy had his cut off so clean he just needed minor grinding. He said he used Diablo blades in his sawz all. I grabbed a 3 pk to see if this was gonna help. Havnt started that yet. Ill be out there today or tomorrow. I'd really like for these blades to do some magic show. Im skeptical.
I know the flapper wheel and time will get it cleaned up.

Rear axel is in and fully attached. Shock tabs burned in. CA mounts burned in.
Front end of frame is almost done getting ground down and cleaned. The diablo blade didn't really save any time. It still sucked doing all that grinding. Oh well that part is almost done too.
Over the next day or 3 the goal is getting fromt axel in with all mounts burned in. Then tear it all back down and get everything in some new paint!! Still have a few parts to order but we all know that never ends.

Looking like it will be a beast soon!

Are you stretching it a bit at the same time? Seems like now would be the perfect time for that.

Rear has been moved back about 5 inches. Front is going as far forward as possible. Really hoping to hit a 113 to 115 wheel base.
