3rd Brake Light Replacement

Looking for recommendations on a new 3rd brake light. I have relocated my license plate to the tailgate. I am currently using a tire deletion plate until I get a new tire carrier for my spare 35. I have been using the Poison Spyder 3rd brake light and license plate light but the thing only lasted 3 months before burning out. I have the

And looking for a new brake light to add to that. I’d prefer not to use the ring option I see so often.

I’ve had the poison spyder one for 4 years. No problems. But you can try MaxBilt 3rd brake light. I’ve had very good luck with MaxBilt LEDs.

I removed the brake light and found there was a massive crack in the underside of the housing which would explain why it failed. I am going to look into the Motobilt and see how that goes.

I’ve figured that out. I have stopped looking into Teraflex and deleted their parts from my wish lists. Narrowed it down to a couple tried and true off road manufacturers.
