2017 SEMA Rugged Ridge Commando Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited

Here's a commando green Jeep JK Wrangler Unlimited that Rugged Ridge had on display at the 2017 SEMA show but what's worth noting about it is that it featured their all new CB/Stereo antenna kit. Essentially, it's an antenna mount that mounts up to where you stereo antenna goes, allows you to install a CB antenna like a Firestik or the like and then, using their separator, you can safely use it for both.

Not sure I would want to run my cb antenna there out here, but thats a great idea for them to offer. Wonder if it would work better on the side rather than the back of the jeep :hmm:

How about you put just a CB antenna there and then mount a short radio antenna on the back

I'm actually interested in that mount to run a race radio antenna... Actually don't even care about the regular radio since I never use it anyway.

Thanks for the pics and PN Eddie! Was hoping to run into you at the show...I was there Fri.

I'll guinea pig this and post up SWRs once I get installed and tuned. Should work perfect for my setup I think...
